La riflessione pedagogica sul rapporto tra teatro e infanzia, tra arte ed educazione ha radici lontane. Conflittualità, alleanze, equilibri talvolta precari e visioni innovative hanno caratterizzato la storia degli ultimi tre decenni del Novecento ad oggi, da cui emerge, al di là dell’eterogeneità e della pluralità di prospettive, il bisogno del piacere del teatro, dello stupore e delle emozioni dei linguaggi dell’arte.

…But does childhood need the theatre?

 

Educational thought on the relationship between theatre and childhood, between art and education, has distant roots. From the last three decades of the 20th century until today, conflictuality, alliances, balances that are at times precarious and innovative visions have marked history, and beyond the many, heterogeneous perspectives, the need for the pleasure of theatre, the amazement and emotions of the languages of art emerges.
